First Community Housing President & CEO, Geoff Morgan, has over 20 years of experience in overseeing all aspects of the financing, development, construction and operation of affordable housing projects, subdivision home building, commercial real estate development, agricultural land trusts, historic renovations and military base reuse. Geoff is a Graduate of MIT with a master’s in real estate development and is a licensed General Contractor and LEED AP Homes.
