This major rehabilitation has saved an existing affordable senior rental that was in substandard physical condition, as well as adding a new building with 33 units, a community room, and laundry facilities. This site offers easy access to public transportation, shopping, medical services, public recreation and parks, job centers and community centers. Thirty-five percent of the units are set aside for seniors who require in-home supportive services.
