Tom, a wonderful friend, loving family member and affordable housing professional left an indelible mark on friends, family and the affordable housing industry in the Bay Area as reflected in the thousands of low income households his developments served and in the many affordable housing leaders and professionals in this industry he trained. A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21, 2020, in celebration of his life, his work, and his generous spirit.
